At loqyn, we want to ensure that our tools for screen budgeting and finance planning provide real value to your production. If you are not satisfied with the Service, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For all first-time subscribers, we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" money-back guarantee. If you decide that loqyn is not the right fit for your project within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your loqyn subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the end of your current prepaid billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied to your account.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period after the 30-day guarantee has passed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Because our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, the refund process is a coordinated effort:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@loqyn.io with your account email address and the reason for your request. This helps us improve our service.
  • Step 2: Once we approve the request, it is sent to Paddle. As the legal reseller, Paddle physically reverses the transaction to your original payment method.
  • Alternative: You can contact Paddle directly 24/7 for order support and refund requests at paddle.net.

4. Processing Times

Once a refund is initiated by Paddle, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement or credit card balance, depending on your financial institution.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the ACL.

6. Exceptions and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe that our policy is being abused (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds to bypass payment). Refunds are not available for users who have violated our Terms of Service.
