Welcome to loqyn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the loqyn website (loqyn.io), applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is owned and operated by Loqyn (ABN 77 679 078 230), an Australian company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service & Disclaimers

loqyn provides a web-native platform for screen budgeting, finance planning, and production financials.

• No Financial Advice: loqyn is a productivity tool. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any outputs (including tax offset estimates or recoupment waterfalls) are for informational purposes only.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data generated or exported from the platform.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at reachus@loqyn.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

• How to Cancel: You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
• How to Request a Refund: Please email reachus@loqyn.io first so we can assist. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, they physically process the refund. You can also contact Paddle's 24/7 Order Support directly at paddle.net.

6. Intellectual Property & Data

loqyn owns the platform's software and design. You retain full ownership of the data and scripts you input into the Service ("User Data"). We are granted a limited license to host and backup your User Data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability (and Paddle's liability as the reseller) is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
